All the wines of Ugolini are cru and come from distinct historical vineyards and each wine is a unique expression of a single plot. 

The philosophy is to bring out the terroir, the identity of the place where the vineyard lives: a synthesis of the highest expression of the native varieties and of each single plot.

There are two Ugolini masterpieces in limited production: the Valle Lena Recioto della Valpolicella and the San Michele della Chiesa Valpolicella Classico Superiore.

Three are our extra virgin olive oils, precious pressings of two local cultivars, Grignano and Favarol. Each oil is the product of a single olive grove: three places that give us three extraordinary expressions of the same territory, the Fumane valley.
